当我们能用外语聊天时，我们会感到高兴。 我们为自己和学习进步感到自豪。 当学习没有收获时，我们就会感到烦恼或失望。 学习过程联结着各式各样的情绪。 最新科学研究对此得出了有趣的结论。 研究表明，情绪在学习过程中扮演着重要角色。 因为我们的情绪会影响我们的学习成绩。 对大脑而言，学习总是一项任务。 大脑想要完成这个任务。 然而大脑能否顺利完成任务则取决于我们的情绪。 当我们相信自己能解决问题时，我们就会有自信心。 在学习过程中，稳定的情绪能助我们一臂之力。 正向思考可以促进智能提升。 相反，在压力下学习，智能表现则不尽如人意。 疑惑或忧虑都会阻碍良好的表现。 当我们心有所畏惧时，就会学得特别糟糕。 大脑也无法很好地储存新学的内容。 因此重要的是，我们在学习过程中一直受到激励。 情绪影响着学习。 但学习也同样影响着情绪！ 因为大脑同一结构部位在处理事实的同时也在处理情绪。 所以学习能让你感到快乐；并且谁感到快乐，谁就能学得更好。 当然学习并非总有欢乐，它也有令人乏味的时候。 对此，我们该为自己设立小小的目标。 这样我们就不会过度消耗我们的大脑。 并且我们保证自己的期望能够得到实现。 这样，我们的成绩就是一个能重新激励我们向前的奖励。 所以：学习吧——并且带着微笑！
