更好的注意力=更好的学习

我们在学习的时候必须集中注意力。 所有的注意力必须专注在一件事情上。 然而，专注力不是天生的 因此我们必须先学会专注。 这大多发生在幼儿园或小学期间。 6岁孩子的注意力大约可以持续15分钟。 14岁青少年的注意力是6岁的2倍。 成年人的注意力大约可以持续45分钟。 过了有效时间后，注意力就会减弱。 然后学习者会失去对材料的兴趣。 他们也有可能会感到疲惫或者有压力。 学习也因而变得困难。 对材料的记忆力也变迟钝。 但是，人们也可以提高注意力！ 特别重要的是，在学习之前一定要睡足觉。 一个疲倦的人只能有短时间的专注力。 大脑在我们疲倦时会犯更多错误。 此外，我们的情绪也会影响我们的专注力。 谁要想有效率地学习，就应该保持中立的情感状态。 太多积极的或消极的情绪都会阻碍学习成效。 当然人们无法一直控制自己的情绪。 但人们可以尝试在学习时忽略情绪。 谁想要集中注意力就必须受到激励。 学习时，我们必须总是保持一个当下目标。 只有这样我们的大脑才能准备好集中注意力。 一个安静的环境对良好的专注力也很重要。 并且：应该在学习时喝很多水，这样能让你保持清醒...... 谁遵守了这些事项，就肯定能长久地集中注意力！
