A língua dos animais

Utilizamos a nossa língua com o objetivo de nos expressarmos. Também os animais têm a sua própria língua. E eles usam essa língua do mesmo modo que nós o fazemos. Em caso de perigo atiram o seu corpo para o chão. Deste modo, avisam os restantes acerca do perigo. Há outros animais que assobiam quando sentem os inimigos a aproximarem-se. As abelhas comunicam umas com as outras através da dança. Assim, mostram às outras abelhas onde se encontra a comida. As baleias emitem sons que podem ser ouvidos a 5000 quilómetros de distância. Comunicam entre si através de cânticos especiais. Também os elefantes transmitem diversos sinais acústicos. No entanto, o ser humano não os consegue ouvir. Grande parte da linguagem animal é muito complicada. Consiste na combinação de diferentes signos. São utilizados sinais acústicos, químicos e óticos. Além disso, os animais recorrem a vários gestos diferentes. Entretanto, o ser humano aprendeu a descodificar a linguagem dos animais domésticos. Sabe quando os cães estão contentes. E reconhece quando um gato deseja estar sozinho. Todavia, os cães e os gatos não falam a mesma linguagem. Muitos sinais até são exatamente o contrário uns dos outros.
